The candidate, who will report to the team leader will need to be able to support Networking and Security solutions, for all our customers, with particular focus on the following activities:

• configuration and tuning of simple and complex Network Infrastructure;
• configuration and management issues in routing, switching, Firewall, Wireless, VPN and VoIP.

It is essential that the resource person has a constant willingness to keep abreast of new technologies, can handle stress, and is able to plan work activities optimally. The candidate should possess the following skills:

• Technical/computer diploma or Bachelor’s degree in computer science or telecommunications;
• good knowledge of written and spoken English;
  Willingness to make national transfers;
• willingness to perform medium and long term manning activities;
• Cisco CCNA or Huawei HCNA certifications;
• Fortinet NSE4 certification.

Preferred requirements will be:

• excellent knowledge of Cisco technology and certifications above CCNA;
• excellent knowledge of Fortinet technology and certifications above NSE4;
• good knowledge of HPE technology.

Profile

The candidate, who will report to the team leader must possess good troubleshooting and problem solving skills. It is essential that the resource has a constant willingness to keep abreast of new technologies, can handle stress, and is able to plan work activities optimally. The candidate will be responsible for:

• Backend/ frontend development of Cloud platforms for centralized management of network and security services (e.g. Firewall, VPN, Web Content Filtering, DPI, Traffic Shaping, Authentication).
• Active services in contexts such as WiFi Authentication, Web Threat Protection, Fleet Geolocation.

Required skills

• Bachelor’s degree in information engineering
• Good knowledge of written and spoken English
• Good knowledge of the Linux operating system
• knowledge of the Java programming language
• knowledge of the Python programming language
